Mike

Mike is the resident geek and lazybones, maintainer of things electronic, purchaser of DVD’s, seeker of worthy music, builder of Legos, and fiend for good wine. He likes to spoil Liz, when he has the presence of mind to do so. He also enjoys helping around the kitchen where he can, and can toss a decent stir fry.

Liz

Liz is the coolest wife ever. She digs anime, loves animation and animation art, puts up with–and even encourages–Mike’s geekery, got Mike hooked on good wine, enjoys travel to great places, and is well on her way to becoming a full-fledged Kitchen Goddess. Plus she’s a total sweetheart–damn, what a woman!

Julia

Julia is the Alpha Cat; she’s big and bossy and generally causes trouble, but she knows how to charm her way out of it again. Her specialties involve the rapid destruction of paper products (cardboard boxes, paper towels, receipts, and important documents) and being impossibly soft.

Valentine

Valentine is our amazing acrobat–if she were a car we wouldn’t so much talk about power-to-weight ratios as we would talk about driving up sheer cliff faces. Despite the size difference, she can hold her own against her big sister. Valentine’s specialties include the conversational arts, getting in the way of the keyboard, and making Mike late for work.
