Wines tasted: 84 (not including things outside of winery meetings, like dinner or lunch)
Rieslings tasted: 71
Oldest wine tasted: 1976 Riesling Auslese from the Mosel
Bottles brought back: 2 (can get through importer, why should I have to carry it back on the plane?)

Top speed on autobahn: 160 km/hour
Accidents on autobahn or driving: Zero!

Differernt beers tried: 4

    Welcome back. I can’t wait to hear more about it.

    Maybe I’ll post some notes on the Riesling tasting my circle had on Friday. Our oldest was a 1959 (!!!) Riesling.

    Have to say, listening to ass-kicking German industrial music while on the autobahn totally rules. (Though I really should have insisted on driving for a least a few km in one of those unrestricted zones.)

    Top speed on autobahn: 160 km/hour

    You need to try harder :-) I did that speed in Spain, where the top limit is 120km/hour.
