On second thought, let’s not go to Camelot; it is a silly place

Counting the days

It is 49 days till my Unit 2 exam. The last 2 months have been a serious crunch time with the books. I have one area left to cover with 4 subheadings, this means that by end of day Sunday I will have finished my first pass at studying and than get to start to review.

I have realized over the last 2 months I need to do several things
1 - Workout more, I feel better when I do.
2 - Watch tv less, which I’ve been very good at and I get so much more done!
3 - Stop wasting time on the internets.

In an effort to help out number 3, I’ve done one round of cuts from my LJ friends list. And I’m doing round 2 at the end of the week. I don’t have time to read posts like I used to and I’ve got a number of other trade stuff I have to read now.

If you want me to keep you on my friends list, speak up.

As a technical point, if you’d like to keep people able to read any friends-locked posts you make, but don’t want to wade through pages and pages of their writing every day ;) you can always create separate friends filters so that you only view the interesting people. No one will know who’s on your filters except you and it’s a real timesaver (or so I hear). You can read about this technique here.

As for whether I should be on your friends list, I try to let people make their own decisions about that, since it seems like the grownup thing to do ;). I definitely feel ya on the internet-time-suckage in any case.

I’m still your friend, right? Right? :-)

I’d still like to be a “friend” - but if you want to cut me, I’d understand. (not that I post TOO much, but still…)

Good luck with the studying and the exam!
