I finished making my famous chocolate cake for someone’s birthday tomorrow. Well, turns out I get to make it again! Cause for some reason it didn’t want to release from the pans. So I now have TWO cakes in crumbs.
I’ll start fresh tomorrow.

if you put greased wax paper in the pans, they release really easily.
Does that mean I get to eat crumbles on Saturday????
Usually I can get away with just buttering, well, parchment paper has been used for round two.
