Tonight we went to Bubba Q’s in Avon. This is Al Williams, the former Brown’s player’s new BBQ place in Avon. I have to say I was blown away. The smoked chicken and ribs were amazing! You have to order the baked beans, they were amazing.
The ribs were so moist and a beatiful pink color through out. You can tell these are really smoked for 12+ hours.
The chicken was moist, smoky, with a flavorful crisp skin.
We got a small sample of the brisket and crab cakes. Again, WOW!
Only downfall, the beer and wine list is pretty sad, but hopefully that will change.
I highly recommend running, not walking to Avon.

damn! more and more reasons to pay a visit to ohio again someday. (not that family isn’t enough of a reason. oh wait, it isn’t!)
