I’ve been growing progressively dissatisfied with the look of my personal website over the past few months; now that I’ve finally had a couple of days to noodle around a bit, I’ve done something about it. It’s not perfect, and it will probably still need to gel a bit, but overall I think it’s quite an improvement. I’ve prepped a whole bunch of header images (the 700×200 featured on the main page), so I will be able to rotate those out seasonally (or however often I feel like it); the tagline in the header is also likely to change semi-regularly.
Of course, even after a couple years of the site being up, it still doesn’t have any shiny “welcome to the site” copy. Viva procrastination!

do you still have that picture of you leaning aginst a spacecraft you used to have on your CWRU site? I dig that pic.
Yup. I might have to dig that out sometime (even though my wife thinks it’s a dumb picture).
