To help us find that perfect frozen treat, Bobbie Meyzen, owner of Crème Crémaillère Ice Cream, is hosting the Great American Ice Cream Tasting at the New School in New York City on May 14. He promises to teach us about the “sensory, aesthetic, and technical factors” involved in ice cream and make us smile with plenty of the cold stuff. The class also includes a blind taste to determine your favorite brand of ice cream, independent of fancy packaging or famous name.
