insane work out

This morning a did a circuit workout. 4 things on the circuit, pass the 8 pound medicine ball while moving feet quickly, jumping jacks, oblique twists and push ups. You start at 25 and count down to one (and when you hit 5 you do 5 sets). So I did 345 passes, 345 jumping jacks, 345 twists and 345 push ups in 45 minutes. No wonder why I’m sore now.

    I do my push ups using a balance ball. This way it doesn’t hurt my back.
