Did she try to be all nice to it one minute and then hissing and growling at it the next? Cause if she wasn’t then I don’t know how she could have helped.
For the record, she spotted it and alerted me to its presence by meowing continuously while staring at random bits of the ceiling. It took my poor monkey senses a while to figure out what the hell was the matter. I then proceeded to boost her up to shoulder-level and beyond so that she could take some swings at it. Eventually we got the moth interested in a light in the spare spare bedroom, where I was able to whack it with a bit of rolled-up paper, stunning it enough to remain at cat-catchable levels for the rest of the hunt. Pixel had fun kicking the moth around for a few minutes and watching it try to fly away. Then I squished it and threw it out.
