I exchanged my defective copy of The Two Towers at Suncoast today. Once I got it home to examine, though, I encountered the same chunky picture and freeze at the 167′64″ mark. I checked over at DVDtalk.com, and it seems that I’m not the only one to get bitten by the Chapter 51 glitch. Beware!
