I’ve been really nervous yesterday and today. I think it’s because I’m nervous about my current job (cause I’m being given such a hard time about stuff) and nervous about the job I have applied for (one would think I would hear something this week). All this nervousness is making me go back to stress/nervous eating which is upsetting me. *sigh*

At least your nervousness is not causeing heartburn, like mine does. Of course, the nice thing about stress heartburn instead of food heartburn is that eating actually helps. But I guess that would be a bad thing if you were dieting.
See, I don’t have heartburn, just nervous, like skin crawling type of feeling.
I find physical exertion helps a great deal when I’m in panic-stress mode. Go beat up your husband! Er… a punching bag!
