This summer I wanted to read a lot of books. So far I have read, Fellowship of the Ring, HP5, Great Tastes Made Simple, What Einstein told his Cook and I’m now through the first part of Fast Food Nation. Any suggestions on what to read next?

I think you might really enjoy Terry Pratchett’s “Discworld” books. He’s kind of the fantasy answer to Douglas Adams.

Speaking of the late great DNA, “Last Chance to See” is one of his best efforts. It’s sadly overlooked by most people.

Another mostly-forgotten gem is “Who Censored Roger Rabbit?”, the novel that provided the basis for Disney’s “Roger Rabbit” movie. It’s considerably more grown-up than the Disney version, but still fun.
