Raymond Kenneth Neff is the Laboratory’s new chief information officer, succeeding Richard Kendall, who has retired.
Neff most recently was chief information officer at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, R.I., where he is credited with creating an information-technology strategic plan and a strengthened information security program. (This just scares me.)
This makes me laugh. Thanks Mike

Only problem is, you didn’t specify which Laboratory.
It’s Los Alamos, for the folks who aren’t aware… Be afraid, be very afraid.
