Last night we went to Bendan O’Neils, had a great dinner and got drunk by 8 pm. Came home and passed out.
Today, we went out to the Strawberry farm in Vermillion and bought a flat of strawberries, fresh lettuce and swiss chard. Fresh strawberries ROCK!!! Tossed together a quick healthy lunch, ran some errands, came home and weeded the herb garden and put down some compost there and started to remove the dead/dying bushes from the front area of DOOM!! After trimming a bush in the backyard we made a great spring dinner. Fresh strawberry salsa with grilled chicken, corn on the cob and couscous. After dinner was spent lying in the hammock with Mike asleep on me while I read two chapters of Fellowship of the Ring.
