Friday night Mike and I went to see Spirited Away and grabbed a pizza a local pizza place.

Saturday, I took care of bank errands, walked around Border’s and grabbed bagels for both of us at the bagel place. Came home, got Mike and went out to buy BLINDS!! These are special blinds, special cause Mike has been wanting them for 3 years. They are for the TV room, they are room darkening shades so all the sun will be blocked out so we will be able to watch movies during the day time (yes, this is the excitement married people have). So we got those ordered. Then ran around between Lowe’s and Home Depot looking at cabinets for the guest bathroom. Saturday night we went out to Capusle with Angie, Brent and gieves, food was OK, some of the martinis were WAY to strong, some were really good. Than back to gieves to watch Monsoon Wedding. Fun movie, but subtitles through the entire thing would have been really good.

Sunday. Got up to work out (trying to get back on the diet and loose the last ten). Then I was taken over by the clean bug. Mike thought I was taken over by some other person. So, the bathroom has been Swiffered, the bedroom has been cleaned, the paint in the bathroom has been touched up (sanded, patched and painted). Ran over to pick up a new easel for a print in the family room, got groceries, came back home and finished touching up the paint in the bathroom, started watching Strangers on a Train, and the evening went down hill from there. Made popcorn, opened a bottle of wine, made baked brie and sat around and relaxed. Life is good. oh, and i’m drunk.
