For those who don’t know. I’m having an ultrasound today because I have problems with ovarian cysts. This time last month one ruptured. So today is the follow-up (so I’m not pregnant).
In case you didn’t know, when you have an ultrasound, you have to drink a certain amount of water in a certain amount of time. To be exact, you have to drink, 40 oz. of water in 20 minutes starting one hour before your appointment. My appointment is at 10. 24 more oz left. The trick is 1) remember to pee before you begin, 2) pacing and 3) have a large bladder. Lacking number 3, this is always hell. And last time I was REALLY stupid and forgot 1 & 2. So I was in hell for a while. Imgaine Liz doing the pee-pee dance with old people in the room saying, “she has to go to the bathroom and they won’t let her”. Than being given a cup, told you can go to the line than stop, than the bathroom you are sent to has one stall and it’s being USED. (I was either going to cry or pee on the floor.) But, I made it through.
