…With the sound of movers!
Okay, enough with the showtunes already.
I drove down to Richville this morning to meet the movers and pick up the clock. It’s now back in our house, safe and sound, though its chimes don’t seem to be chiming. It goes without saying that, after some initial surprise, Pixel loves her new toy almost as much as we do.
One item of historical interest: the clock face is marked “West Germany”, something that probably doesn’t appear on too many clock faces any more. (The clock is from Grandma & Grandpa’s years in Germany in the 60’s.)
Off to catch lunch and run to work!
